Appointment, Gift Certificate
And Treatment Package Policies
Appointments:
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. No walk-ins, no substitutes.
i.e. if you have a session scheduled and cannot make it in, do not sent
another person in your place.
24-Hour notice must be given for all cancellations or a $35.00 cancellation
fee will be charged, payable before next session will be scheduled.
No shows will be charged full fee. (or forfeit session if pre-paid on gift
certificate or treatment package).
Late Arrivals will receive remainder of allotted time scheduled without
extension.
All services are payable as of the time they are rendered, unless prior
arrangements have been agreed upon (i.e. pre-pay or employer health benefit
billing).
Gift Certificates and Treatment Packages:
All Gift Certificates and Treatment Packages are non-transferable. They can
only be redeemed by the person to whom they are issued.
All Gift Certificates and treatment packages are non-refundable. They cannot
be redeemed for cash value.
Multiple 1-Hour sessions may not be divided in order to increase time to 1 ½
hr sessions. A request for a 1 ½ hour session will result in an additional ½
hour charge, equal to the regular fee for ½ hour, payable at the time of
service.
Expiration Date:
If applicable, the Gift Certificate or Treatment Package will expire on the
date specified on the certificate/receipt. No extensions, no exceptions.
